Our worth is contingent on no one but ourselves. We enter this world worthy of respect and love. And we leave this world worthy of respect and love. Something that’s rarely talked about is just how much our bodies change and grow and adapt as our lives change. Which is pretty miraculous when you really think about it.

“First of all, I want to thank Lindsay and Natalie for making my day so special, and for making me feel like I was a queen.
I booked this shoot with Lindsay over a year ago during the Mother’s Day sale. I had been wanting to book it for a while and the sale made me jump on it.
I have been someone who has struggled with my weight and body image for as long as I can remember. I once had an eating disorder until I got so weak and sick and realized I had to change.
I then gained a lot of weight and became depressed which made me not want to do any type of activity and made me want to eat junk. It also was the straw that broke the camels back on my left foot. My arch collapsed and I needed my for rebuilt, which laid me up for a little over a year. I had out on even more weight, cut all my hair off and just gave up.
Finally after some time, I was able to get out and do things and I know I needed to make some BIG changes. My friend asked me to go on a hike with her, never in a million years did I think I would be able to.
I did the hike and loved it. I got back into boxing and also started doing 5ks.
I’ve completely turned my life around with diet and exercise. Corrected my heart condition and Eliminated food items that my body couldn’t process. Long story short, I booked this session with Lindsay so I could document my milestone achievements, and I’m so glad I did!”
